A senior solicitor, Kate has more than 20 years of experience advising investors, commercial clients, lenders, developers and private individuals with property interests on a wide range of transactions.

Kate joined DHC in September 2026, bringing her extensive commercial and residential conveyancing experience to our clients across Berkshire, North Hampshire and east Wiltshire.

Acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold sites whether vacant, multi-let or mixed use.

Investment and portfolio management – advising on existing leases and associated documents, as well as the negotiation of new leases and associated documents. Working with clients’ in-house teams and their advisors in the management of their commercial and residential property portfolios.

Secured lending – acting for a variety of institutional and private investors in transactions where finance is to be secured against property portfolios, individual sites or properties.
