Dispute Resolution Solicitor

Full time. Based in our Hungerford Office. 

If you love variety in your work, and have a talent for managing your own caseload and deadlines, this could be the role for you.

The civil dispute resolution work could include: property disputes, consumer contract disputes, contentious probate, negligence, debt recovery, company disputes and any other relevant litigation work that may arise. 

We’re looking for a qualified solicitor who is interested in developing their career in an environment where they can really make a difference, and where their efforts will be appreciated.

The right person will ideally have:

  • Good client care skills, providing professional and competent legal advice in accordance with SRA Code of Conduct
  • Strong IT skills
  • Capability to generate fees in accordance with agreed targets
  • Proven experience of handling own caseload, working to and managing deadlines
  • Good writing and drafting skills, with excellent communication and technical ability

Salary will be commensurate with experience. 25 days’ holiday and pension contributions are just two of the benefits on offer with this role.

    Senior Private Client Solicitor

    Full time. Based in our Hungerford office. 

    We’re looking for an experienced solicitor to manage a busy caseload of private client work and to work alongside a newly qualified solicitor in a supportive environment.

    The right person will be responsible for providing a mix of established clients with wills, trusts, powers of attorney, probate and estate administration advice. 

    This position offers excellent career prospects with opportunities for training, growth and development.  

    We’re ideally looking for someone with more than 5-years of PQE, a good academic foundation, strong client management skills, enthusiasm, confidence and technical skills. STEP qualification is preferable. 

    The salary is commensurate with experience and career progression.
