Clients

Many of Emily’s clients have been with her for numerous years, returning for the different stages in life, and for help with selling and buying homes.

“I can’t thank you enough. You’ve just been brilliant and calm and patient and honest and more throughout and I couldn’t have done it without you.”
“Even when the situation was not so clear from the buyers side, you left me in no doubt that you had everything under control – thank you”
“Emily Payne helped me navigate the emotional situation of applying to the Court of Protection for a deputyship order for an elderly relative and also applying again for permission to sell my relatives house. In both situations she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and reassured me along the way that all was in hand, and then everything worked out as she said it would. A relief for me!”
