Residential Property Solicitor
Are you a qualified solicitor looking to deepen your residential conveyancing expertise?
The chosen candidate will be responsible for a full caseload of residential property work that includes freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, development work and gifts of property.
Responsibilities
Manage a full caseload of residential property work that includes:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Mortgages
- Transfers of equity and property gifts
- Plot sales
- Communicate with clients regularly about their legal matters
- Maintain strong existing client relationships
- Build relationships with new clients, agents, brokers and other professional advisers
About you
- Qualifications as a solicitor or chartered legal executive
- Experience in property practice

Commercial Property Solicitor
We’re looking for a qualified solicitor with client-facing experience who is confident and able to work with high levels of autonomy from the outset.
You’ll advise a broad range of clients, including developers, investors, lenders, landlords, tenants and managing agents, on their commercial property matters.
Responsibilities
Manage a full caseload of commercial property matters that includes:
- Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
- Commercial leases
- Landlord and tenant advice
- Commercial licences
- Development
- Secured lending and finance
As well as providing high-quality, commercially astute legal advice, you’ll also be expected to:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Develop professional connections with investors, agents, developers, accountants and other professional advisers
- Support junior team members and contribute to a positive team working environment
About you
- UK qualifications as a solicitor
- 3+ years of post-qualification experience
- Ambition to excel and develop your legal career
