The role
You’ll have regular contact with clients, agents and other professionals, building on the relationships that are at the heart of our success.
You’ll also receive administrative and secretarial support, as well as guidance from the highly collaborative team and senior partners.
The varied residential caseload you’ll be managing may include:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Transfers of equity and gifts of property
- Remortgages and mortgages
- New-build and plot sales
- Liaising with clients, agents, brokers and other professionals
- Maintaining excellent relationships and delivering clear, practical advice
About you
We welcome applications from solicitors or chartered legal executives with:
- 1–10 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing (more or less will be considered)
- Experience in residential conveyancing
- A calm, practical and client-focused approach
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- An interest in becoming part of a long-standing local practice
- A collaborative nature and commitment to high-quality service
What we offer
- £30,000–£60,000 (depending on experience)
