An experienced solicitor, Alison qualified in 2003 after training at a central London firm. She focused on family law both in London and following a move, in Newbury.

After taking a career break to start a family, Alison enhanced her practice with further training in private client law. Today Alison draws on her wide experience to advise personal clients from many different walks of life on Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Probate, Trusts, Inheritance Planning and Deputyship applications to the Court of Protection. She has experience of complex estates involving businesses, overseas assets and trusts. 

In addition, Alison has commenced the studies required to gain a STEP (Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners) qualification, further enhancing her specialist knowledge in estate planning and wealth management.
