Victoria qualified in 1988 and worked for eight years at a firm of solicitors in Newbury before leaving to establish Dickins Hopgood Chidley in 1996, together with Julian Dickins and Christopher Chidley.
These three original partners chose to base their own practice in the beautiful market town of Hungerford, feeling that this location, combining an active local community and thriving mixture of businesses and residential properties, would benefit from the varied specialised knowledge within the team.
Victoria has thirty years’ experience as a conveyancing solicitor, dealing with clients both locally and much further afield. She provides a professional, practical service and believes in taking the time to meet clients both at the Hungerford offices and at their various sites, land and business premises, in order to gain an enhanced understanding of their legal requirements. This is a proven approach, as shown by the number of clients returning to Victoria, many of whom have been dealing with Dickins Hopgood Chidley since the firm’s inception.
In addition to her residential and commercial property law work, Victoria is the partner looking after Client Care, the company Compliance Officer for Finance & Administration, and the Senior Responsible Officer for the Conveyancing Quality Scheme.
