Julian qualified in 1983 and co-founded Dickins Hopgood Chidley in 1996. He has more than 35 years of property law expertise.
From Newbury originally, Julian has worked in West Berkshire all his professional life, first in Newbury at Penningtons, then Hungerford at Dickins Hopgood Chidley. This local focus has given him extensive knowledge in the local property market, and over the years he has established an enviable network of links with local and national estate agents, financial advisers and surveyors. There are few property issues Julian hasn’t encountered and resolved.
Julian’s wealth of knowledge of conveyancing and personal law, combined with his friendly authoritative manner, ensure clients have full confidence that they’re in safe hands. They return to him time and again with their property and personal legal needs.
In addition to his role as head of the firm’s Residential Property department, Julian is also the Compliance Officer for the practice.
