Emily specialises in
wills, trusts, powers of attorney and
probate matters.
She takes a practical and empathetic
approach to looking at her clients’
personal and business affairs, and will
work with her clients to come up with
solutions which best suit their needs
when it comes to planning for illness,
incapacity and death. She will work to
ensure that your loved ones are
protected and cared for if the worst
were to happen.
Emily has a background in property law
and continues to act for residents’
companies and individuals in relation to
sales, purchases, lease extensions and
enfranchisement, and other land-related
issues such as rights of way and
possession claims.
This allows her to provide a
comprehensive service when administering
estates, as all property matters can be
dealt with by Emily giving her clients a
seamless and personal service.
Emily came to Dickins Hopgood Chidley in
2010 after spending the first ten years
of her professional life in London. She
trained at a firm specialising in
property and private client work and
became a partner there after qualifying
in 2005.
Emily is a member of the Law
Society Private Client section.
